Job Description

Primary Role:

Team members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and quality products. A Team Member functions primarily as the main connection between Jamba Juice and the customer.

Essential Functions:

  • Deliver the ultimate customer service experience and impressions of the Jamba brand
  • Clearly and concisely communicates product knowledge and information to all customers
  • Responsible for customer product and service standards
  • Fosters a positive, teamwork oriented environment
  • Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations.
  • Follow all company operations policies and procedures
  • Respond to directions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Adhere to all Jamba food, safety and security guidelines while respecting company equipment
  • Operates cash register and handles cash transactions while adhering to Jamba Juice cash handling policies
  • Execute Jamba Juice's customer service standards:
    1. Greet and thank every customer with eye contact and a smile
    2. Recommend appropriate product to meet customer's needs
    3. Enhance customer experience through engagement and sampling

Other Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years of age
  • Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
  • Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
  • Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40F to -10F
